We want you to wear your Yellow Jackets gear with pride, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your Georgia Tech apparel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking number handy to monitor the shipment's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
